Room 1 - Double Room with Ensuite Bathroom
Room 1 has a double bed, access to free WIFI, a flat screen free-view TV, coffee & tea making facilities (fresh milk available on request), biscuits and a hairdryer.
We can provide an iron and ironing board on request.
In the ensuite bathroom you will find towels, free toiletries, electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet, toilet paper, mini bin and a mirror.
Other facilities in this room include central heating, an electric fire, a wardrobe, two bedside tables both with lamps, a long wall mirror, a wall clock, cushions, throw/linen, working wooden shutters and blackout curtains.

This room is £90 per night and is based on two people sharing. Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9am Monday – Friday and from 8am – 9.30am Saturday & Sunday. Breakfast for two adults is included in the price of your room. Any additional breakfasts are charged as per listed in the breakfast menu.
Sadly we do not allow dogs to stay in this room.
All our rooms have a non-smoking policy and a penalty of £100 will be charged to your bill if you are found to be smoking in the room.
Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is from 2pm. However if you require access to your room earlier or wish to leave later please speck to us directly as we may be able to accommodate you.
Please note this room is at the front of the property and faces onto the road. Therefore, there may be some road noise during the day.
