Room 3 - Double Room with ensuite bathroom

Room 3 has a double bed, access to free WIFI, a flat screen free-view TV, coffee & tea making facilities (fresh milk available on request), biscuits, a hairdryer and we do have an iron and ironing board available on request.

In the ensuite bathroom you will find towels, free toiletries, electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet, toilet paper and a mirror with a shaving point.

Other facilities in this room include central heating, an electric fire, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, a wall clock, two leather chairs, cushions, throw/linen and a bin.

Additional Information:

This room is priced at £90 per night and based on two people sharing. Breakfast for two adults is included in the price of the room. Any additional breakfast are charged as per listed in the breakfast menu (there is no additional charges for Z beds). Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9aMonday – Friday and from 8am – 9.30am Saturday & Sunday. 

Up to two ‘Z’ beds can be put up if this room is booked for more than 2 people.

Dogs are welcome to stay in this room but there will be an additional charge of £5 per dog per night and this will be added to your final bill. If you are bringing your dog we do ask that they are NOT left unaccompanied in the bedroom and DO NOT sleep on the beds. Sadly if your dog does damage any part of this room or bedding there will be additional charges to cover the damage or replacement of bedding. 

All our rooms have a non-smoking policy and a penalty of £100 will be charged to your bill if you are found to be smoking in the room.

Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is from 2pm. However if you require access to your room earlier or wish to leave later please speck to us directly as we may be able to accommodate you. 

Please note this room is at the back of the property and faces onto the courtyard/decking area. During the summer months the starlings nest up in the eaves of the outdoor roofing area which is situated next to this room and therefore during the daytime the birds can be heard.
