Room 2 - Double Room (with access to a shared bathroom)
Room 2 is our double room with access to a shared bathroom. In this room you will find free WIFI, a flat screen free-view TV, coffee & tea making facilities (fresh milk available on request), biscuits, a hairdryer and we do have an iron and ironing board available on request.
In the shared bathroom you will find toilet roll, a toilet, a full-sized bath with electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and a mirror. Free toiletries and towels will be left in your room.
Other facilities in this room include central heating, an electric fire, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, a wall clock, bucket chair, cushions, throw/linen, towels, bathrobes for use during your stay and a bin.
Additional information:
This room is priced at £80 per night and is based on two people sharing. Breakfast for two people is included in the price of the room. Any additional adult breakfasts will be charged as per listed in the breakfast menu and any additional children under 12 will eat breakfast free.
Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9am Monday – Friday and from 8am – 9.30am Saturday & Sunday.
Two additional ‘Z’ bed’s can be put up in this room if it is booked for more than 2 people or requires 2 or more separate beds. ‘Z’ beds for children will not be charged but ‘Z’ beds for adults or more than two adults sharing this room will have an additional charge of £10 per adult per night.
Sadly, we do not allow dogs to stay in this room.
All our rooms have a non-smoking policy and a penalty of £100 will be charged to your bill if you are found to be smoking in the room.
Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is from 2pm. However, if you require access to your room earlier or wish to leave later, please speck to us directly as we may be able to accommodate you.
Please note this room is at the front of the property and faces onto the road. Therefore, there may be some road noise during the day.
